How to find your license key
When you ordered Lumion, you received a license key in your email.
You can use this license key to find the ‘upgrade’ and ‘add seats’ options that apply to your current license. The title of this email is “Getting Started With Lumion.”

How does upgrading to Lumion 12 work?

Once you order an upgrade to Lumion 12, you get access to Lumion 11.5 until the new version is released.

When Lumion 12 is released, you will find the Lumion 12 installer in your Lumion Account.

You will also receive a ‘Getting started with Lumion 12’ email, which contains a link to download the new version.

Then, simply import your projects into Lumion 12 and enjoy access to all the new features, content and workflow improvements.
