How to collaborate on videos & panoramas in Lumion Cloud

Keep collaboration flowing
Your visuals don't stop at stills—and neither should your feedback. In Lumion Cloud, videos and panoramas work just like image renders. You can comment on every moment and angle, ensuring no idea gets lost and everyone stays firmly on the same page.
Upload and share
Once you’ve rendered your animation or panorama in Lumion Pro, toggle Upload to Lumion Cloud before exporting. Your visual will appear automatically in your Cloud account—choose whether to place it in Projects or Renders, and create a subfolder of your choice.

Create a direct link or QR code to send to collaborators.

Clients can open it right in their browser—no install or account needed.
Capturing feedback on videos
Animations allow you to showcase how a space flows and feels—not just how it looks. With Lumion Cloud, feedback stays connected to the timeline.
Collaborators can:

Comment on a moment: play the video, pause at any frame, and click Comment. Your note appears as a marker on the timeline.

Comment on a sequence: drag along the timeline to highlight a sequence, then click and type anywhere on the image. A bar shows the timeframe discussed.

Tagged collaborators receive instant notifications so the conversation never drifts.
Capturing feedback on panoramas
Panoramas offer the most immersive view of a space, allowing you to convey its context more clearly. Share them through Cloud just as you would a video or image.
Once opened:

Move freely through the scene, switch between viewpoints, and click to add comments.

Replies stay in one organized thread, so all feedback remains visible in context.

It’s the most intuitive way to review a design together, without losing the bigger picture.
